What “dogfood” means here
Most cannabis-SaaS marketing pages list “customer success stories” that turn out to be the founder’s own shop or a paid reference. We name ours explicitly. Both case studies below are Doug Waun’s stores — the same operator who built CannAgent. The credibility is in the candor. Verify the WSLCB licenses on lcb.wa.gov.

We won’t publish a customer case study until the customer is past Day 90 + the metrics survived a real-data review. That’s the only way the case is structurally defensible.
