CannAgent is the dispensary OS Doug Waun runs Green Life Cannabis (Wenatchee) and Seattle Cannabis Co (Rainier Valley) on. We sell to other dispensary operators the same way we’d want to be sold to ourselves — no phone calls, no SDR cold-emails, no 6-month sales cycles. The AI handles the inquiry, the proposal, the cutover plan, and most of onboarding. We hire engineers who tune that AI and onboarding leads who handle the exceptions. Comp is base-heavy with equity tracks for foundational hires. Remote, async, no buzzwords.

What we won’t do
- Buzzword job descriptions. No “rockstars,” no “ninjas,” no “unlimited PTO that nobody actually uses.” We list real ranges + real equity terms upfront.
- Ghost interviewing. Every applicant gets a yes or no within 10 business days, with a one-line reason. If we ghost you, send Doug a one-line email and he’ll fix it.
- Take-home tests that take all weekend. Sales process is a single 45-minute call where you demo CannAgent back to us. We provide the sandbox and the prospect persona; you bring your motion.
