Divvy is signage that bolts onto your POS. CannAgent is your POS.
Divvy charges $129/store/mo to pull from your POS and render a menu on a TV. CannAgent IS your POS — the TV menu is included in Co-Pilot. There’s no middleware between inventory and what shows on the TV because they’re the same system.
$1,548/year per store you stop paying.
| Cost | Divvy | CannAgent Co-Pilot |
|---|---|---|
| TV menu service | $129/mo | Included |
| Hardware | Proprietary Divvy Device | Bring your own (Chromecast / Fire Stick) |
| Integration delay between POS + TV | Middleware API | Zero — same system |

Two systems break. One system doesn’t.
Divvy is a signage vendor. They pull inventory from your POS via a third-party API. When that API has latency, your TV shows yesterday’s prices. When the API breaks (4/20, anyone?), your TV goes blank. When you change POS vendors, you re-integrate everything.
CannAgent IS your POS. The TV menu reads the same inventory table the register reads. Update the cage, the TV updates in 60 seconds. Update a price at the register, the TV reflects it on the next refresh. There’s no integration to break because there’s no integration.
This matters most when it matters most. The 4/20 Dutchie cascade outages? Dispensaries running Divvy on top of Dutchie saw the TVs blank while the registers also dropped. Same-system architecture means when one goes down, both go down together — but when it works, it works without sync lag.
Two honest gaps.
1. Divvy ships you the hardware
They mail a pre-configured device. You unbox, plug in HDMI + USB-C, done. CannAgent Path A asks the operator to point a browser at a URL. If you already have a Chromecast or Fire Stick (~$35 at Amazon), you’re set in 2 minutes. If you don’t, we’re shipping a native Fire Stick app in v1.1 with plug-and-play.
2. Divvy has a deeper template library
They’ve been doing this longer. CannAgent v7.5.0 ships 4 layouts (prices · featured · categories · dual). v1.1 adds scheduled featured items (4/20, Green Wednesday, weekend BOGOs) which closes most of the gap. If you want truly custom design, our first month includes a designer call.
See what it looks like before you switch.
The 4 layouts run against a sample inventory dataset. Open one on your phone to scan; open on a TV to see the full effect. No signup required.
